This recipe is actually from a book I bought called Whole-Grain Cooking only I did it a little differently. 1 tbsp dry yeast 1 cup warmish water 1/4 cup soy flour 1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour*sifted* 1~ tbsp caramel basil/oregano mozzarella cheese and other toppings 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and get a bowl and dissolve yeast in warm water(u let the stuff get foamy.) You then add soy flour and whole wheat flour and mix mix mix, cover the bowl with some plastic wrap and what i did is put it in the microwave-as well as giving it like 20secs for it to get warm in there, left it alone for a while and checked it till it rised, mine did it in about 30 mins or so, desired *warm area is 45 mins* 2. Because its going to be rather sticky, I suggest getting extra flour and engulfing the thing in it have floured hands and flour the area where its going to be set in, i put flour on pan-since it was easier to just spread the dough in it, once you got it ready heat caramel for couple seconds not too much you just want it a little more gooey to work with it-and spread it on the top of pizza. Add the desired sauce, and mozzarella, basil and whatnot. bake for say 20 mins or till edges are brown. NOTE: I have to say it came out ok, but um i had to try it twice, since the first time it was bad, this is just a trial and error thing, This is my first time making pizza, The recipe was sorta lame, and so i just adjusted to make it to my liking, maybe you can come up with something better, DONT have high hopes for this recipe as it might just be bad-Soooo only do this for kicks not for a meal, unless it comes out good, haha. ;) I'm actually going to retry my hand at this but i'm better with veggie tacos, maybe i should post that instead, ANYWAYS, good luck
