Lobster Pizza... Mmmm!

I've been searching and experimenting for dishes to serve at a seafood party I'm having this weekend, much to my boyfriend's delight. I made a few things that were good, but then I stumbled upon this recipe from Red Lobster, and we fell IN LOVE with it.

You can get more Red Lobster recipes here, I'm not sure if it's what they sell in their restaurants or just what their chefs have come up with for the at home cook, but YUM! I will definitely be trying more from them!
