A Bit of a Setback

I recently developed a passion for cooking and have always loved to bake. Now this gave me the idea of starting a career in the field. There were endless possibilities in my mind about where this career might take me. I might become the next Martin Yan or Rachael Ray who have become my favorite chefs throughout the years. So, I started looking into getting an education in Culinary Arts at Art Institute. I went and met with the Assistant director and he really saw potential in me. However, the tuition there is way over my head. So, that's really what's holding me back right now. I got a phone call today from the assistant director and he said he might be able to help me so I'll keep my fingers crossed.
