spring is here!!!!!

I am happy that spring has come in my country,I fell that spring is a perfect season
because it makes our mood better after the winter`s cold weather...
although in Thessaloniki we did not have a real cold winter....now it`s time for me to make my garden looking new again ,take all the weeds out,replant and line out
new bushes,freshen up my herbs, ( I love using them in my cooking).
In general ,there is a lot to do,but doing all this gives me so much pleasure that
I don`t care if by the end of the day I am dead tired...the effect is all that matters.
Now I wish to all my friends and happy cookers to be healthy and most creative
in cooking and other things they do in their lives.
