beef liver sauté

350 gr. of beef liver,cut in pieces,put in a bowl,add1/2 teaspoon oregano,1/2 tsp.cumin,1/2tsp.garlic powder, salt pepper some cider vinegar ,juice of half lemon,olive oil,paprica,mix well and let it stay for half hour and then fry it in frying
pan turning it over a few times until done ,serve with red dry wine.
