At 7:00pm on May 22nd, 2008, Ono Sashimi said…: Instead of deleting her idiotic "How To Use A Cooking Knife" series of videos, she deleted the comments. She really needs to pull the videos. She also needs to read the comments left for her there, and at the kitchen (not "cooking") knife forums. She needs to hear what chefs and kitchen knife enthusiasts have to say about her absolutely awful advice.

I don't care about her recipe videos, or roast beef sandwiches, etc. But all her knife videos are potentially harmful (and expensive) if people rely on her advice.

I wouldn't trust her to properly cut warm butter with a dull butter knife.
